Delivery times and shipping costs are shown at checkout.
International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.

You will receive confirmation once your order has been accepted.

3. Returns

In line with EU consumer law:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Products must be unopened, unused, and in original condition.
• Refunds are issued once returned and inspected.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise required by law.

Opened items cannot be returned due to the nature of our formulations.
