Shipping is complimentary on all orders.

Maison Devereux selects the most appropriate courier for each destination to ensure secure and reliable delivery.

International customers may be subject to customs duties, import fees, and local taxes, where applicable, payable on delivery.
We recommend reviewing any local import charges in advance, to ensure a seamless delivery experience.

Refused or Unclaimed Deliveries:
If a delivery is refused or unclaimed, return carriage and courier charges may be deducted from any refund (where a refund is otherwise due).

4. Returns
In accordance with EU consumer law:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unopened and in original condition
• Refunds are issued once the item is returned and inspected
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless required otherwise by law
• Opened products cannot be returned due to the nature of our formulations

Natural ingredients may cause slight variations between batches.
These are not considered defects.

9. Test & Placeholder Products
From time to time, Maison Devereux may publish limited “test” or “placeholder” items for internal quality assurance. These items are not offered for sale and will not be fulfilled. If such an item is purchased in error, we will cancel the order and issue a refund to the original payment method. Please do not purchase any item clearly marked as “test”, “placeholder”, or similar.
